Candidates should have a degree in communications, public relations, or journalism, but would consider candidates with other degrees if they are detail oriented possess strong writing skills. Other details about the position
The primary duties of the position focus on technical editing. Documents consisting of 10-50 pages require review and editing. Detailed focus required in formatting, reviewing and editing sentence flow, grammar, and ensuring documents apply references in accordance with internal document SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) to produce the final product. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word is needed (experience in formatting for Appendices, Table of Contents Links, Styles, and Page Numbering).
