As part of our PEO STRI SETA support team, Erlinda brings 20 years of experience in the area of project management and coordination as well as strong management, communication, and leadership skills.
Her background is comprised of her experiences from various fields such as mortgages, insurance, military, education services, and the martial arts industry. She is a second-degree black belt in Nido Shubi Ryu, a Japanese-style discipline.
Erlinda was a sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps working in public affairs as a photographer. Since 2004, she has been in the Air Force Reserves and currently holds the rank of master sergeant.
Erlinda holds a bachelor’s degree in photo-journalism from the University of Florida and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of North Florida. She earned her master’s degree in mental health counseling from Capella University and is currently working on her Ph.D. in general psychology through Capella University as well.
